POEM BY HALEY
Grandaddy,
I already miss you more than words can say. You weren’t just my grandfather, you were the father figure I needed, and I’ll always be grateful for the love and guidance you gave me.
I think about the little moments, like when you taught me how to ride my bike, and the big ones, like traveling across the country together. Those memories will forever live with me. I watched you work hard, stay true to your values, and love Grandma with so much care and devotion. You showed me how a woman should be loved. Because of you, I know what it means to be strong, to love deeply, and to stand firm in who I am.
I’m so grateful to have seen you during your last moments here with us.
Your love, strength and legacy will continue to live on within me. I will continue to make you proud.
love you always,Your granddaughter Haley
