Facility Administrators
The Network has Five Facility Administrators per region or county.
The Facility Administrators will manage the Two Million Dollars per month that is generated through the PC Debit Card. The Facililty Administrators will provide space to serve the 500 members and the twenty community programs.
NETWORK ADMINISTRATORS RECEIVE:

Funds for building expansions, acquitions and improvements in order to effectively serve the network members and the community.

150,000 per month for building-operations (members pay $300 per month for networking and resources provided from your facility).

$10,000 per month as a PC Debit Card Member.
QUALIFICATIONS:

You must “currently” possess a building or property.

Must have a minimum of ten years of managerial or executive experience in building management.

If seeking to build or purchase a building or property; you must have the qualifications (the network has the money).

Must be currently managing a building with several programs, ministries or businesses occupying the space.

Must have experience with starting, running and operating a successful business or nonprofit organization.

Must be willing to work-with, counsel and advise the network members and facility users.

Must have a thorough knowledge of your community and the resources, opportunities and programs in your area.

Must be willing to conduct tv, radio and web interviews and speak publicly on-camera about your programs.

Must be willing to travel.

Must have a passion to make your facility and programs the best.

Must be willing to serve and minister-to every sector, every demographic and every member of the community!
