(1) For Small Businesses & Nonprofits: The 200 Corporations wants to know you will use their products.
(2) For Major Corporations: Your new 500 to 3,500 commercial customers wants to know you will pay the acquisition fees.

There is no-obligation to you or your organization for signing the form.
Your signature informs the community of your potential participation along-with the other 5,315 profits, nonprofits and corporations who will receive critical funding or customer acquisitions through the networks.
(1) Small Businesses
& Nonprofits
($1,500 to $10,000 available)
Question:
Are you willing to use one commercial debit card and one website to pay your operational and/or expansion expenses (bills, products, services, vehicles, debts and payroll etc) in-return for:
- $1,500 to $10,000 per month.
- Plus business development and marketing services.
(2) Major Corporations
(group acquisitions available)
Statement:
My Company will pay $10,000 per month and 7% per One Million Dollars for the guaranteed 500 to 3,500 customers available through our participation with the PC Success Team and the PC Business Centers.

I understand payment is made after my company has confirmed 500 or more customers from the PC Debit Card Membership.
PC Registration and Service Slots are available as of November 1, 2022. All membership slots are first come first serve. There are only three service provider slots per industry available. There are only 500 Commercial Membership Slots available per industry, region or demographic (example only 500 sports slots, 500 performing arts, 500 small business slots, 500 nonprofit etc.) 10,000 will qualify only 500 will be accepted.
