& ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
Purpose and Mission:
The Horry County Financial Oversight Team will manage and distribute the two million dollars per month that is generated through the Horry County Two Million Dollar “Funding-Solutions” Campaign.
Your Role on the Financial Oversight Team (see team member-roles spreadsheet for details).

To manage the PC Debit Card Administrative Finances for the Horry County Region.
-
To work-with the Five PC Network Financial Administrators (five, two million dollar administrators).
-
To help develop the financial-management systems and strategies for the groups and industries of 500.
There are four Service Options for how you and/or your business or organization can serve the team:

Consultant / Counselor Only (will meet twice a month with the financial team).
-
I have a business or organization that will benefit from the $1,500 to $10,000 per month funding.
-
I have a business that will benefit from 500 Commercial Customers through the Acquisitions Network.

To Serve on the PC Management Team (to receive paid contracts) as:
__ A Service Provider ($5,000) __Industry Manager ($3,000)
__ A Facility or Network Administrator ($6,000) __Corporate Provider ($5,000/$10,000)
You are paying for a PC Debit Card Membership that includes access-to a guaranteed 500+ customers.
Payment Options: 1) Make deposit & payments or 2) Partner with another business, organization or person.
Your professional recommendations for other qualified Financial Oversight Members is encouraged.

Initial Tasks and Responsibilities:

To Network-with and form relationships with all business & marketing providers (businesses, agencies and corporations).

To Administrate and Support the work and projects of the Finance Director, The President and the financial needs of the PC Managers.
Will work with all administrators and Managers, will manage and administrate Contract Signings, Pay bills, Check and distribute Mail, Email and Social Media Replies. -
WILL DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN:
Financial and bookkeeping systems, policies and procedures.
Trained Financial teams and staff.
Bank accounts, Pay Bills, Sign Checks, Work with Accountants (payments & deposits)
Work with Merchant Services Director
Relationships and Systems for the Network Administrators (Financial and Facility)
Network Management Teams

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Purpose and Mission:

To learn the PC Business Development Certification Packet, Services and Process.
-
To ensure all members are properly vetted, served, placed and properly setup.
-
Each Business Center has one Business Development Director.
-
One Director serves as the Business Development Network Administrator.
Initial Tasks and Responsibilities:
Project One - Campaign One
To Network-with and form relationships with all business & marketing providers (businesses, agencies and corporations).

To vet and research each member (to develop a system and staff for vetting each member).
-
To determine the “Individual Specific Needs” of each registered member and provide the service or source the service out to another provider.
-
To place members with their cluster of corporations and agencies.
-
To place each member in their best “slot” on the PC Success Team.
-
To assign each member to the Business Center that best serves their needs.
-
To determine the amount each member will be paid each month.
-
To establish each member’s Online Account (using the YES Entrepreneurs Team).
-
To recommend the best candidates for PC Managers and PC Administrators.

MEDIA & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Purpose and Mission
-
To Coordinate-with and work-with all local media outlets (minimum 15).
-
Social Media, Websites, TV, Radio, Billboards, Magazines, Newspapers, Print Materials and the Community and organizational newsletters.

Tasks:
Project One - Campaign One

To Secure the “Media Service Provider” Contracts with a minimum of 15 media outlets.
-
To Secure 200 Corporate “Signatures of Intent” (to Join the PC Success Team).
-
To Secure 5,000 Responses and/or registrations (for the Two Million Dollar “Funding Solutions” Campaign and The Pitch TV Show).

Purpose of your initial projects:
-
To show both sides, each-other’s-interest: The 200 corporations and the 5,000 commercial members. Both sides desire security from the other.
-
To provide a new long-term funding source for 500 local nonprofits, teams and community projects, through The Two Million Dollar “Funding Solutions” Campaign and the PC Success Team (see the two “Signature of Intent” forms).
Compensation
-
$25,000 per month (as a PC Success Team Service Provider).
-
First payment starts after 50 corporate signatures and 500 b2b signatures are acquired.
-
Major goal: To contract the media outlets to commit to generating the 3,500 of the 5,000 members before they are paid. Their motivation: To secure the long-term $25,000 (+) per month contracts, plus the individual contracts from the 500 to 3,500 members. Also, they are demonstrating their commitment to the local nonprofits in helping each to secure their $1,500 to $10,000 in funding.

Merchant Services and Solutions Administrator
Purpose and Mission - Phase One

To Serve 315 Service Providers.

To Serve 5,000 Business Debit Card Members.

To establish a system for Two Million Commercial Debit Card Members and 110 Million Individual members.

Ten or more years of technical experience
Audio, Visual, Video Cameras, Smart-phones, Tablets, Android and Apple platforms, Social Media, Sound, Video, Networking, Computers, Laptops, Data management, Servers, Zoom, Streaming platforms, Switchers, Trouble-shooting and equipment maintenance.
The ability to work-with and manage vendors and sub-contractors on all levels.

Event & Meeting Planner
Mission and Purpose:

To Communicate and foster interaction with the community, the recipients and the corporations.

All Recipients are required to participate in the events (its apart of their services and marketing).

Qualifications and Requirement to Serve on the PC Management Team:

Directors, Managers and Administrators must have a Minimum of Ten Years of Measurable-Proven-Financial Success and Experience in a specific industry or with a specific Project.

You must be currently experiencing financial success or successfully retired due to your financial success.
-
If you are accepting the 500 to 3,500 additional customers, You must have a strategic plan or a proven-successful service delivery system for serving your customers effectively.
